Highgrove Homes in Association with Harbour Village have recently started a £12m project called Anchor Quay. Anchor Quay will be a landmark development for Cornwall, located on the edge of historical Penryn, close to the Cathedral City of Truro and within three miles of the boating mecca of Falmouth.

The grade II listed Anchor warehouse will form the centrepiece of this quality development, combining 70 waterside new-build apartments and spacious character conversions, fusing both residential and commercial property to create a vibrant and active community. Anchor Quay will present five diverse phases of quality apartments, all nestling behind the listed quay walls of the south facing inner harbour and culminating in a contemporary five storey building with direct view of the river

Seaview Court - 22 Luxury Apartments

Highgrove Homes have just started a £6m project in the heart of Falmouth. The 22 luxury apartments including four magnificent penthouses are all fitted with high quality kitchens, bathrooms suites and are serviced by lifts to all floors. These well proportioned living spaces offer a choice of spacious, southerly facing balconies, with the upper floors enjoying a superb vista towards the infamous Manacles or the alternative of garden apartments, which will have their own designated garden spaces. The emphasis will be on design in both form and function, to complement the quality buildings in the area and to provide indulgent living spaces. The inclusion of secure parking, with some of the penthouses having their own garaging, electronic video entry systems and optional storage facilities, combine to make this a development of high quality and appeal.

Expanding East

We have recently opened our first regional office in Exeter to allow us to add the Devon and Somerset markets to our operational footprint. This will be overseen by our first regional director Bob Allgrove who has been specifically recruited to facilitate the expansion of the company. This we are pleased to announce has begun to happen with our first project in Somerset currently underway and with the acquisition of our second project in Devon completed with construction to start very soon.
